Response times

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. There is no formal SLA on the free tier; paid plans, when available, will include defined response times.

Privacy and data-protection requests (GDPR Articles 15–21) are answered within 30 days, as required by law.

Reporting a bug

When opening a GitHub issue, include:

  • What you tried and what happened
  • The expected behavior
  • Your Slack workspace ID and the approximate time of the failure (UTC)
  • Any error messages from the Slack bot or the SolidPing dashboard

Please never include passwords, OAuth tokens, or signing secrets in a public issue. If a credential needs to be shared, email us at contact@solidping.io instead.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in the SolidPing Service or the Slack app, please email contact@solidping.io with the subject [security] rather than opening a public issue. We'll acknowledge your report within 2 business days and keep you posted on remediation.

Status

If you suspect an outage, check github.com/fclairamb/solidping/discussions for announcements. A dedicated status page will be linked here once available.

Removing the Slack app

You can uninstall the SolidPing Slack app at any time from your Slack workspace settings: Apps → SolidPing → Remove.

Uninstalling immediately revokes our bot token. Associated workspace data is deleted within 3 months — see the Privacy Policy for details. If you need data deleted sooner, email contact@solidping.io.
